Prosecco

Our Prosecco is like us: rigorous and true, rich in the flavors that the territory, the climate and the wind of this area of Italy give to the grapes. The four types of Prosecco DOC we grow: Prosecco Brut Millesimato Baptistery, Prosecco Extra Dry Portico, sparkling Prosecco Pulpito and Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry Novizio they have a different soul, fragrant, elegant, soft and refined that reflect our way of experiencing wine. 

Our Prosecco is harvested in the first weeks of september, when the organoleptic maturity of the grapes is optimal. The sparkling process takes place with the Italian Martinotti method .
