Red Wines

Our red wines are produced from an environmentally friendly viticulture. The Caberbet IGT Chiostro and the Pinot Nero IGT Canonico reflect our philosophy of life that can be savored in every glass. 

The production method allows a classic red vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature by selected yeasts, in temperature-controlled steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine remains for an adequate period of time in contact with the yeasts and the skins .
